the airport transfer was quick at only 20 minutes. breakfast offered the best food at the resort. the cleaners were very kind.

The reef villa had direct access to the reef. I enjoyed beautiful sunrises from there. The villa provided easy snorkeling with diverse fish. The staff offered consistently friendly and helpful service. I found the marine biologist's session informative and engaging. She provided detailed guidance and demonstrated genuine care.
The breakfast selection at the cafe was limited. Scrambled eggs and waffles seemed pre-cooked. They sat under heat lamps. This made them dry. The bacon looked overcooked. Its texture resembled biltong.

The staff displayed really good politeness and attentiveness. They promptly addressed requests and offered genuine assistance. The dedication to guest satisfaction enhanced the overall experience greatly. The staff's positive attitude was very noticeable.

helpful staff manta ray natural surroundings
the staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. i saw turtles and manta rays just steps away from my room. the hotel was beautiful with pristine natural surroundings. the food tasted delicious.
i found that they make you buy water in the restaurants even if you have the full board package.
